Teignbridge District Scouts are the organisation responsible for Scouting in the Teignbridge area. We are based at the Burdett Building in Wolborough Street in Newton Abbot with groups all over South Devon from Bovey Tracey to Moretonhampstead to Teignmouth. We are part of the Devon Scouts County.

Teignbridge District Scouts are committed to supporting our volunteers and Leaders in all that they do within Scouting. 

We now have dedicated Teams and Team Leaders focusing on Volunteering Development & Support, helping with Section Programmes & to run District events and a team to help our 14-24 District Sections to thrive. We also have the early stages of a District Support Team to help with comms & the website, help manage the District HQ and look after District Equipment. 

Each of these District Teams works alongside the Group Lead Volunteers and their Groups across the District, and form the District Leadership Team.
