The Hurdlestone Challenge was started by a small group of Scout & Guide Leaders who were inspired by a similar, but much larger, event called the Malvern Challenge.

Hurdlestone is organised by Teignbridge District Scouts and the Teignbridge Division of Girlguiding and is open to all Scouts & Guides within Teignbridge and even welcomes Teams from Groups across Devon.

The weekend itself takes place at the end of June and comprises of a Challenge Hike on Saturday and FunDay on Sunday. For more information please see the Hurdlestone website.
